Returns & Exchanges

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll replace it free. Every tee is printed just for you, so otherwise all sales are final.

We'll replace it free (at no cost to you) if

  • It arrived misprinted, defective or damaged, or
  • You got the wrong item, size or color from what you ordered.

How to start a claim

Within 7 days of delivery, email support@noteeleftbehind.com (or call 405-801-9540) with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the label. No photo, no claim. We may ask you to send the item back before we replace it; if we do, we cover the return shipping. Please email us before sending anything back.

What we can't accept

  • Wrong size ordered: no returns, refunds or size exchanges. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.
  • Changed your mind or no longer want it.
  • Color looks different than on your screen: screens vary, and fabric and ink colors can look slightly different in person.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Shipping problems

  • Never arrived: tell us within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your mailroom, then contact us. We'll open a claim with the carrier; we aren't responsible for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
  • A wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout isn't covered. Reshipping is at your cost.

Cancellations & changes

We can only cancel or change an order before it's printed. Contact us right away; once printing starts, it can't be cancelled.

Discount codes

One code per order; codes can't be combined, have no cash value and may expire. No price adjustments after purchase.

Fair use

We may refuse claims, refunds or future orders where we see abuse of this policy, including repeated or fraudulent claims.
